How I Work
I offer a confidential and compassionate space to explore and process life’s challenges, work towards your goals, and prioritise your wellbeing. From my experience, the relationship between therapist and client is one of the most important foundations for meaningful therapy, so I work in a relational and collaborative, way, building understanding together.
My approach is integrative, blending psychodynamic, humanistic, and cognitive behavioural ideas to tailor therapy uniquely to you. Whether it’s gently challenging unhelpful thoughts and behaviours, exploring relationship patterns, processing past experiences, or finding ways to live a more fulfilling life, I’m here to support you.
I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy, depending on what you need.

Accreditation, Experience & Qualifications
I am currently in the final year of my Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy and am a graduate member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), and an accredited registrant of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Counselling and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Health Services. I currently work within low-cost counselling services in London and have prior experience providing short-term therapy within the NHS.

My Services
Depression
Depression can feel heavy, overwhelming and draining. In therapy, we’ll explore what may be shaping your experience and low mood, and gently work towards building coping strategies and supporting your emotional wellbeing.

Relationships
In our individual sessions, we can explore your current relationship patterns, whether with family, friends, or partners, to better understand how you relate to others, gain insight into these dynamics, and support you in navigating your relationships more effectively.
Individual Therapy
I offer online individual therapy, where together we can explore your current difficulties and make sense of them, whilst also making room for growth and change, working towards better ways of coping.

Anxiety
Anxiety can impact daily life through worry, restlessness, and tension. Together, we'll explore what may be contributing to your anxiety and use evidence-based approaches to help manage these feelings, as well as exploring practical tools that could foster a greater sense of calm.
